- Attachment 4 - DRAFT version of the PWS Attachment 3 - DRAFT version of Off Ramp Criteria for Section H Attachment 2 - DRAFT versions of Sections L and M Attachment 1 - Solicitation Information Special Notice - Draft FBO Posting ****A PDF of this information will be attached**** 1. This special notice is issued by 772 ESS/PKD as a DRAFT solicitation in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) V source selection. This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does it represent any commitment by the Government. 2. The intent of this notice is to provide DRAFT solicitation documents to industry to provide questions/comments/input. The following items will be attached to the DRAFT solicitation 1. Attachment 1 - Solicitation Information (which will include program value [to include mix and max TO values], CLIN types and projected period of performance [i.e. ordering period] 2. Attachment 2 - DRAFT versions of Sections L and M [no attachments to Section L and M will be included] 3. Attachment 3 - DRAFT version of Off Ramp Criteria for Section H 4. Attachment 4 - DRAFT version of the PWS 3. 772 ESS/PKD strongly encourages industry input, comments, and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition. All questions/comments/input must be received by 23 April 2018 at 5:00 PM central time. While questions are being accepted, the Government will not post any answers. The information received during this DRAFT solicitation may be used to modify solicitation document that will be issued at a later date. 4. Industry is advised that the final Request for Proposal (RFP), when posted, will supersede any draft information posted to date. The final RFP will represent the Government's requirement. All communications concerning this acquisition must be coordinated through the Procuring Contracting Officer.
