- 1. This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. 2. The Government anticipates to award of Firm Fixed Price contract(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose quotes(s) are the lowest price(s) while meeting the requirements. The Government reserves the right to award to one or more companies that is deemed the most advantageous for the Government. 3. This acquisition is the purchase Two (2) 2,000 Gallon (7,570L) Tank Truck with 40cm platform, Fuel Cap with Key, Diesel Driven, Right-Hand Drive, 2-passenger, 14-16 ton Gross Vehicle Weight, Power Steering Wheel, Air Bags, Air Brake System, Single front steering axle single/dual rear axles, automatic transmission and air conditioner. 4. Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from Asia Navy Electronic Commerce Online (AsiaNECO) at https://asia.neco.navy.mil or Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov when it becomes available. 5. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offeror ™s responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website https://asia.neco.navy.mil. 6. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM and must have active Representations and Certifications in SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. 7. The information being requested does not constitute a Request for Proposal or a commitment on the part of the Government to award a Contract or to pay for any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
