THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify architect and engineering firms with the capacity, experience, and interest in providing Post Construction Award Service (PCAS) support a potential design-bid-build construction project, Repairs to MacDonough Hall, Bldg 102, U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. MacDonough Hall is a historic building that serves as the gymnasium for the Naval Academy. Services will include the following: a) Solicitation amendment development b) Request for information (RFI) support (pre-award and post-award) c) Acceptance testing of critical systems d) Shop drawing review e) Record drawing preparation and review f) Field consultation during construction (est. 500 hours) The NAICS code is 541310 Architectural Services. Interested contractors are to submit the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address, DUNS, and information regarding your company ™s experience in performing PCAS support of similar scope and size in the last five years, not to exceed four (4) projects, identifying: contracting agency, contract number, title, place of performance, dates of performance, value of PCAS contract, value of supporting construction contract. Please use the attached form only. All responsible interested sources are encouraged to submit their information on the form no later than Monday, April 9, 2018 by 8:00am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to LCDR Bryan Beyer, PWD Annapolis at bryan.beyer@navy.mil.
