Description

Solicitation RFP180016 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform improvements to the Capitol Power Plant (CPP) West Refrigeration Plant (WRP) to include demolition, improvements to WRP cooling towers, installation of a new chiller, construction of large bore pipe, and mechanical and electrical improvements. This Solicitation is being issued using Two Step Source Selection Procedures. Drawings and Specifications will be provided to Step 2 Offerors Only. This Solicitation results from Sources Sought Notice AOC18RPR3A.
