The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 250 each up to 800 each maximum of a "SERVO ASSY, ROLL TRIM," NSN: 1680-01-246-4313, Part Number: 70400-02260A applicable to the A-BE UH-60 BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 250 each Year 2: 250 each Year 3: 100 each Year 4: 100 each Year 5: 100 each Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 250 each, 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is limited in competition to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, Cage Code 78286, MOOG, INC, Cage Code 94697, and KEARFOTT CORPORATION, Cage Code 05088. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
