- AMENDMENT # 1 CORRECTS THE NAICS CODE TO 335110 (1,250 EMPLOYEES) TO ALIGN WITH THE NONMANUFACTURER RULE, DOCUMENT CITATION # 79 FR 20294 ISSUED BY SBA. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. ***** SHALL READ RFQ ****** The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement for various lights and sirens as detailed below. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. Open Market Quotes will only be accepted. All vendors shall be signed up in SAM.GOV and have an active account to be considered for award. The places of performance are CONUS and OCONUS: AK, PR, HI. This BPA will have a $4,500,000 ceiling that shall not be exceeded. No minimum amount is guaranteed. There will be a single award based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and only quotes from Small Businesses will be considered. Vendors shall quote all required products to be considered for award. This is an all or nothing requirement. ***** PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE SELF CERTIFYING DOCUMENT (ATTACHMENT 1) WITH YOUR QUOTE ***** FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN A VENDOR BEING CONSIDERED NONRESPONSIVE TO THE RFQ.
