Description

Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the replacement of compressors on the AC condenser of the HVAC unit at Bldg. 347 and Bldg. 351 for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 795 Willow Road; Menlo Park, CA 94025. Contractor shall completely prepare site, and furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform work for the installation of the replacement of compressors on AC condenser for HVAC units. This procurement is set-aside for total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5M. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 14. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is April 4, 2018, and closes May 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
