Description
The Government requires service, repair, preventative maintenance, and semi-annual test inspections of the Access Control System (ACS) which includes a badging system (computer/printer/camera), and the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, Nevada. The current IDS security system requires semi-annual test inspections and the ACS workstation requires periodic patching and may require repair in the event of a system malfunction. (Any on-site repairs would be negotiated as part of the Over-and-Above CLIN and do not need to be included in initial proposal. Parts list has been attached as a point of reference for what equipment is to be supported.) a. The contractor shall comply with ICS 705-1 and IC Tech Spec version 1.4 for security system maintenance and testing. b. The contractor shall provide 24 hours a day, 365 days a year phone support able to initiate repairs/establish priority within 4 hours of a trouble signal or a request for service. c. The contractor shall insure on-site services conducted under this contract are performed by U.S. citizens. d. The contractor shall be a U.S.-based company. The maintenance for the NAS Fallon, Nevada shall include all components of the ACS to include the badging system (computer/printer/camera) and IDS. a. The contractor shall ensure service requests classified emergency are resolved within 24 hours. b. The contractor shall ensure service requests classified non-emergency are resolved within 48 hours. c. The contractor shall test the system and backup batteries in accordance with the manufacturer ™s periodic maintenance schedule and procedures. d. The contractor shall replace batteries in accordance with the manufacturer ™s recommendations or as environmental conditions dictate. e. The contractor shall evaluate the ACS Operating System (OS) and C ˆ™Cure 9000 software is current. The contractor shall upgrade the ACS OS and C ˆ™Cure 9000 software to the latest versions as necessary. Semi-Annual Inspection Requirements a. The contractor shall perform semi-annual inspections for the NAS Fallon, Building 406 (ADSGF) in accordance with IC Tech Spec ver.1.4 (28 Sep 2017) and include all areas/components of the ACS and IDS. b. The contractor shall provide documentation of completed inspections within 30 days of event completion (CDRL A001).
