- Liquid Natural Gas Supply to the Grand Canyon National Park - THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to conduct market research for determinations required by various Federal Acquisition Regulations. THIS IS NOT AN ORDER, SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this announcement. The National Park Service will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this announcement. The determination for this acquisition lies solely with the Government based on this market research and the information available to the Government from other sources. The National Park Service, Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office (AZ MABO), is currently conducting market research determine industry interest and capability in supplying liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the park fueling station. Projected Estimated Deliveries. December1-February 28: Approximately one, 10,000 gallon delivery every 10-14 days March 1-May 31: Approximately one, 10,000 gallon delivery every 5-8 days June 1-September 30: Approximately one, 10,000 gallon delivery every 4-7 days October 1-November 30: Approximately one, 10,000 gallon delivery every 7-9 days The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325120 Industrial Gas Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,000 employees. For the purposes of this Sources Sought announcement, the NPS is requesting that interested businesses furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email address, (2) Business type classification: 8a, HUB Zone, SBD, SDVOSB, large / small business etc., (3) Provide a general statement of your ability to provide the product. Responses are limited to 10 pages. Responses due May 5, 2018 by COB.
