- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to correct the size standard from 500 to 1000. The Government intends to issue a solicitation for Bread & Bakery Products for Department of Defense (DoD) Ship Customers, Oahu, in the State of Hawaii. The solicitation will be advertised as 100% Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS Code 311812/size standard 1000). A Small Business Administration (SBA) non-manufacturer waiver is not required for this solicitation. There will be one (1) awardee for this group. Offerors are required to meet the security requirements applicable for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF's controlled industrial area, other sensitive areas, controlled nuclear information areas, and/or nuclear work areas. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Fixed Price to Include three (3) one year pricing tiers; the contract length will be for 3 years (AUG 2018 to AUG 2021). The acquisition method is Lowest price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The maximum contract ceiling value with all tiers is estimated at $650,000.00. The guaranteed minimum on the resultant contract is twenty-five percent of the awarded contract value. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued in April 2018 with a bidding period of 30 days.
