- This Pre-solicitation notice is for Well Water System Maintenance and Testing, Fort Devens MA. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 28 May 2018 through 27 May 2023. This is a 100% Small Business acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to collect and analyze soil and groundwater samples as per the Statement of Work. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 221310 and a size standard of $27.5 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-18-R-1029. The solicitation will be posted on or about 05 April 2018. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
