DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston will be purchasing one (1) CUSA Clarity Console and supplies for use by multiple specialties in OCL to replace the existing CUSA Console. Due to existing equipment this will be BRAND NAME ONLY. Standard warranty must cover all components and technical support. ITEM # Qty.
