- NOTICE OF INTENT THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BIDS, QUOTES, OR PROPOSAL. AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Media Activity (DMA) intends to issue a within scope modification to contract HQ0516-17-C-0031 to ABM Electrical Power Solutions, LLC, 4390 Parliament Pl Ste S, Lanham, MD 20706. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 221122, Electric Power Distribution, with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,050 employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETTIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this portion of the proposed contract requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 12:00pm EST on Thursday, 05 April 2018. All responses must be submitted in writing and via email to the point of contact specified in this notice. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
