Performance Work Statement SOLICITATION W91249-18-R-0001 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon has a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) to provide Base Operations and Maintenance Support Services (BASOPS) at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Fort Gordon is a large, multi-mission, multi-service military installation providing base services and support across a wide spectrum of training, operational, and soldier sustainment needs. The installation supports Department of Army (DA) and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and activities performing regional and world-wide missions including communications training and operations, military intelligence, cyber operations, medical and dental care, force integration, and mobilization. Fort Gordon provides year-round training for more than 54,000 reservists as well as Army and Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) students. This BASOPS requirement will consist of providing supervision, personnel, training, travel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property (GFP) and contract support for the following 11 functional areas: Contingency Planning Work Management and Administration Project Accomplishment Environmental Effects Services Pest Control Services Facilities Maintenance and Repair Services Grounds Maintenance Maintenance and Repair - Surfaced and Unsurfaced Areas and Bridges Plant Operations Services and Miscellaneous Services Real Property Maintenance Activity Supply and U-DO-IT Services Furnishings Management This will be a 100% set-aside for 8(a) small businesses. The NAICS code is 561210 - Facilities Support Services and the small business size standard is $38.5 million. The contract will consist of a 60-day phase-in, base period, and four (4) one-year option periods. The contract type will be a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) with cost reimbursable supplies and materials Contract Line Items (CLINs). A Request for Proposal (RFP) is attached along with copies of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirement Summary (PRS), Technical Exhibits and all other additional documentation.
