- Page 1 of 1 THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide the Invacare Beds and Accessories as candidate items for the Prosthetics Clinical Management Program at the VA Medical Center Nor Cal, Martinez, California. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 337910 THIS RFQ SHALL BE SET ASIDE TO SDVOSB. Solicitation documents will be available on or about March 30th, 2018. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed-priced contract.
