- In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to Clear Align, 120 Derry Rd, Hudson NH. The Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center (FAALC) has a requirement through an interagency agreement with U.S Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency, for acquisition, repair, maintenance, and potential upgrade of items manufactured by Clear Align for CBP ™s Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS-U/L). The RVSS system is under strict configuration management by their respective Program Management Offices (PMO). The data and knowledge necessary to configure these items to meet CBP specifications for the RVSS program including the manufacturing of new replacement items, overall maintenance, repairs, and spare parts for specific use in the RVSS system is the exclusive proprietary property of Clear Align, LLC.
