- J&A other than full and open Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912HZ18R0007 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular 2005-97. This requirement is full and open (no set-aside) under NAICS 541519 with a size standard of $2,500,000. CLIN 0001 QTY: 2 Unit: EACH FSA-10 Four (4) box configuration to handle 10Gbps lines. Requires a tap. 100kEPS/ 10 Billion Events per day, 10 days logging (1 EA East Coast, West Coast) CLIN 0002 QTY: 1 Unit: EACH FSAM-10 Central three (3) box configuration for management and correlation of distributed sensors. 100kEPS/10 Billion Events per day, 10 days logging data. CLIN 0003 QTY: 2 Unit: EACH FSA-10S 1 year Maintenance and Support Services for FSA-10 CLIN 0004 QTY: 1 Unit: EACH FSAM-10S 1 year Maintenance and Support Services for FSAM-10 Please see attached solicitation for more details. Quotes are due Thursday, April 12th, 2018, not later than 12:00 AM CST via email, providing that they are complete and include all required information, to: Olivia.White@usace.army.mil.
