- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Albuquerque, NM RLP No. 6NM0111 State: New Mexico City: Albuquerque Delineated Area: Space shall be located in the area within the following boundaries: Northern Boundary: From the intersection of Edith Blvd NE and Highway 423 (Paseo Del Norte Blvd NE), traveling east on Highway 423 to the intersection of Highway 423 and Wyoming Blvd NE Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Highway 423 and Wyoming Blvd NE, Traveling south on Wyoming Blvd NE to the intersection of Wyoming Blvd NE and Montgomery Blvd NE Southern Boundary: From the intersection of Wyoming Blvd NE and Montgomery Blvd NE, traveling west on Montgomery Blvd NE, continuing west on Montano Rd NE to the intersection of Montano Rd NE and Edith Blvd NE Western Boundary: From the intersection of Montano Rd NE and Edith Blvd NE, traveling north on Edith Blvd NE to the intersection of Edith Blvd NE and Highway 423 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,200 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Surface): Required per local code. Parking Spaces (Structured and Reserved): 10 Total Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Preference will be given to offered space that is contiguous. Space on one floor is also preferred, but multiple floors will be considered. Space must have the potential for an efficient layout. Public transportation must be available, at regularly scheduled times during the entire workday within a one block radius of the building. The route from the bus stop to the building entrance shall be accessible for the mobility impaired. The Government shall have the right to install a “stick” antenna on the building. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully serviced rent. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
