This procurement is unrestricted. The NSN is export controlled. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments is not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item. Past Performance Automated System apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
