To insure that sufficient information is available, the bidder must furnish as a part of his/her bid all descriptive material (such as cuts, illustration, drawings or other information) necessary for the purchasing activity to determine whether the product offered meets the salient characteristics requirement of the Invitation for Bids, Clearly identify the item by brand name, if any; and make or model number; Include medium to show proposed product, colors and textures. Items quoted should meet the minimum standards and be similar to the requested dimensions, color scheme, function, durability, and quality specified.
