Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-16-G-5437 to Raytheon ILS Contracts, Intelligence, Information and Services located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This Delivery Order provides personnel and materials necessary to modernize, upgrade, test, package, and/or maintain the NATO SEASPARROW Surface Missile System (NSSMS) parts, items and components. This BOA Order will be awarded pursuant to U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon IIS is the only existing source that has the specific production engineering background, extensive integration and test facilities, prior experience and in-depth technical expertise to produce the equipment and services contained within the BOA and within the required schedules. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities must contact Raytheon Company directly.
