- RFQ W912ES18T0056 Baldhill Dam Fuel The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to deliver Regular Unleaded (no Ethanol) and #2 Clear Diesel (no Biodiesel or Biodiesel blends) to be used in GSA fleet vehicles and project equipment. Fuel Delivery shall occur between May 1, 2018 and September 15, 2018. The contractor shall quote price per gallon which includes delivery charge and any other applicable expense. The contractor shall only be paid for fuel delivered. The contractor shall be able to provide delivery of either fuel type upon demand and within 24 hours of being contacted. The fuel to be provided shall be regular unleaded gasoline and #2 diesel, for on-road use. E85, Ethanol-blended gasoline, Biodiesel, and Biodiesel blends are not acceptable. The amount of regular unleaded (no ethanol) fuel to be purchased is 2500 gallons, in increments of 500 to 1000 gallons per delivery to the 1000 gallon unleaded bulk storage tank located at the lower maintenance building near the Baldhill Dam/Lake Ashtabula Project Office, 2630 114 Ave. S.E., Valley City, ND 58072. The amount of #2 diesel fuel to be purchased is 1000 gallons in increments of 250 to 450 gallons per delivery to the 500 gallon diesel bulk storage fuel tank located at the lower maintenance building near the Baldhill Dam/Lake Ashtabula Project Office, 2630-114 Ave. SE, Valley City ND, 58072.
