SP470218Q0518 Leadership and Management Skills for Non-Managers - 24 hours of CPE (3 days of classroom training) Requirement: This three-day seminar should cover techniques to apply leadership and management skills to overcome challenges. This course should cover the benefits of applying emotional intelligence skills to enhance leadership skills at all levels within a team. This course should also cover communication principles and decision-making skills to facilitate effective teamwork. Potential specific topics should include, but not limited to: defining and integrating leadership and management; applying emotional intelligence in leadership and management; applying effective communication skills; effective teamwork skills and techniques; problem solving and decision making; principles and techniques of influence; and effectively managing change.
