THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO SOLICITATION OR SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This notice is a market research tool used for planning purposes only to determine the availability and capability of small business sources. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is seeking to identify eligible small business firms capable of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment Services for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment and installed associated equipment and systems at Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, Connecticut and associated facilities in New London and Stonington Connecticut.
