Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking interested vendors for project 676-18-2-0337 Install Air Compressors B404 & B406. Applicable NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, Small Business Size Standard of $15.0M. Scope of Work is as follows: Supply all necessary labor, rigging, equipment and supplies to remove old air compressors and install new air compressors supplied by the VA. Vendor shall turn over to the government old existing air compressors to be disposed of by the VA. New, Government-supplied compressors shall be set in place as directed by VA Tomah Contracting Officer Representative and all wiring and air connection shall be completed by VA personnel. Process shall occur over no less than 2-3 day period to allow VA personnel to hook-up new compressors and relocated temporary compressor. All work shall be done in accordance with VA Construction Specifications for Division 1 for General Requirements, Division 23 for Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation.
