Description

Network Contracting Office 8, in support of Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, to repair and/or replace the item as specified within this notice. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 using FAR part 12 procedures. The Government intends to solicit for the repair and/or replacement of the item listed below in support of VA Outpatient Clinic located in Daytona Beach Florida. The manufacturer of the item is Philips. Item: Detector Pixium 4600 DD2-DRF. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within ten (10) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval from Philips Healthcare is required with your response and the Government will not delay award while approval is pending from Philips Healthcare. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your response, the information detailed on why approval from Philips Healthcare is not warranted.
