Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) in North Little Rock, Arkansas requires a vendor to provide standard warranty technical support to include system updates, repairs, minor configuration changes and software code updates for its Cisco Video Teleconferencing System. The contractor shall provide maintenance for all products in the system solution (provided in the Equipment List) with the exception of the Cisco Smartnet components because those components are covered under the national contract.
