Interagency and International Services Branch (JAE) 10 April 2018 FedBizOps Action Code: Sources Sought Class Code: Z Subject: Repair Building 701, 702, and 703, Tobyhanna Army Depot Solicitation No.: W912BU-18-R-Building 701 Response Date: 24 April 2018 4:00 p.m. EST Place of Performance: Tobyhanna Army Depot. The official address is 11 Hap Arnold Blvd, Coolbaugh Township, PA 18466 Description of Work: This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. A Market Survey is being conducted to determine if there are adequate HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, and Small Business contractors for the following proposed work. The Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, this project is a complete the design and major repair of three Buildings, 701, 702, and 703. The total floor space of the three single story buildings is about 17,000 square feet. The scope of the project 2will include significant repair or replacement of worn architectural components including exterior and interior walls, roofing, windows, doors, and all exterior and interior finishes. It will also include all new building systems including new HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing systems. The Project will be designed and constructed to meet LEED silver certification standard. An Award for the Contract is anticipated for September 2018. Estimated cost range of the project is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for 100% of contract award. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990 and the small business size standard is $27.5 Million. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All interested HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Business contractors should submit a narrative demonstrating their experience in the specified work, as well as, their technical capabilities. Please include size/classification of your firm, bonding capacity (single project and aggregate), details of similar projects, completion dates, references and contract amount.
