- This FBO Ad is hereby AMENDED as follows: The following Paragraph in the RLP R100 document is here by amended as follows: 1.02 AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE, LEASE TERM (AAAP CENSUS VARIATION (JUN 2017)) A. The Government is seeking a minimum of 6,000 to a maximum of 9,000 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of NON contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below. See Section 2 of the Lease for applicable ANSI/BOMA standards. Each Census location shall have its own required ABOA SF range within which the offered space must fall. The required ABOA SF range will be stated in the project specific FedBizOpps posting (see sub-paragraph G below for further details).
