Description

Pre-solicitation Announcment INSTALL / UPGRADE DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROL AT BUILDING 859. - The Contractor shall provide complete (engineering, design, and installation) services for development of a building 859 Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) using Direct Digital Controls (DDC) at Selfridge ANGB, MI. The work includes investigative and design services to include surveying existing facility HVAC & Existing T. A. C Direct Digital Controls (DDC) System, building electrical systems along with historic documents. The contractor shall design, provide and install system elements, components, wiring, transmission mechanisms, and connection to central monitoring and control capability (to include necessary equipment, materials, wiring, and interface connections) for building 859. • Contractor to provide all interface wiring/conduit and connect new DDC systems into the ALC (Automated Logic Corp.) LAN Gate Router LGR-250 installed in each facility. (installed through a separate contract). • Coordination of all communications system connections and addressing will be required with Base Communications personnel.
