We are seeking information for market research purposes only. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting market research on behalf of Salisbury Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Salisbury NC, through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses who can provide the BRAND NAME item(s) listed below or an equal product: Custom Kawasaki Mule 4010 4x4 vehicle 1EA Must have the following salient characteristics: Gas powered 2 passenger vehicle 4x4, 4WD Electric power steering Documentation and license must be with it Mid size no more than 36 high Cab custom with glass lift windshield Electric wipers Steel front doors with sliding glass window Cargo cover with coil springs for Cab lift kit Any color All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to melisha.evans@va.gov. Your response is required by 12:00noon on April 13, 2018. This is strictly market research and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. In response, please include the following information: Authorized Distributor letter from Manufacturer, Steris Corporation Company/individual name Address Point of contact with phone number Company Socio-Economic SIZE (example large, small, SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB ect.) Information describing your interest, Indicate FSS/GSA/SEWP contract number (if applicable) Tax ID number DUNS number NAICS code (if different than below) Capabilities statement Informal quotes will be used for market research Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer(s) shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered. The NAICS 336999 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of 1000 employees. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov) to be considered for SDVOSB/VOSB Socio-Economic status. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. Therefore, vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award.
