- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5018Q0015 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Preventive Maintenance (PM) of Waste Water Treatment Plant The solicitation may result in the award of a firm-fixed price commercial items contract for one Base and four Option Years. The scope of work requires the successful Contractor to provide professional PM services necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established schedules. Work includes preventive maintenance to the waste water treatment plant and sanitary sewer collection system located at the American Embassy London, United Kingdom. A Site Visit will be conducted in May / June 2018; the exact location, date and time will be provided in the solicitation document. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses Jacobsenw@state.gov and FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov, not later than Wednesday, May 9, 2018 using the solicitation number 19GE5018Q0015 in the subject line. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm. The solicitation package/documents will not be placed on FedBizOpps. Only companies expressing their interest in writing shall receive a copy of the solicitation package when it becomes available.
