- Description
- Attachment (2) GFEBS SUS Information Brochure Attachment (1) Memorandum from the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Procurement), dated 02 January 2018 This is a special notice to inform the vendor community that the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is participating in the pilot program for the General Fund Enterprise Business System Supplier Self-Service (GFEBS SUS) as directed in the Memorandum from the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Procurement), dated 02 January 2018. Attachment (1) provides the memorandum in its entirety. A solicitation from DoD activity address codes ( DODAAC ) W81XWH, may state, "This Solicitation has been selected for possible inclusion in a pilot to test an alternate approach to electronic invoicing. Participation in this pilot is voluntary. The vendor portal, Supplier Self-Services (SUS), allows contractors to use pre-populated contract data to enter their invoices directly into a web-based user-interface for the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) in lieu of entering the data into Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) and having it interface the data to GFEBS. Access to the web-based user interface vendor portal will be via WAWF log on, which will route the user to GFEBS based on the assigned Pay Office to perform invoicing." Attachment (2) explains further details of the GFEBS SUS pilot program and the benifits to the vendor. NOTE: USAMRAA may use different NAICS codes other than 541990 in solicitations. All NAICS codes are eligible for participation.
