- ***THIS IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY *** ***THIS IS A NON COMPETITIVE SYNOPSIS*** NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has a requirement to increase the Not To Exceed (NTE) value of the current sole source 8(a) Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with Cepeda Systems & Software Analysis, Inc. This action will increase the current NTE value of $6,957,020 by $2,200,000 to $9,157,020 for the fifth (5th) and final year of the current contract. This increase will allow for the execution of engineering service task orders. These task orders shall be within the current contract scope of work, and no new work shall be added outside the base contract scope of work. This synopsis is for information purposes only due to this being an ongoing effort under an existing 8(a) contract. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
