- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541890 -- Other Services Related to Advertising. Size Standard: $15M. The acquisition Set Aside: 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned-Small Business. Requirement: This notice is issued by the Alabama National Guard to provide a Twelve (12) month campaign for Banner Ads and Mobile Advertising. This includes search targeting, site targeting, behavior targeting, contextual targeting, geo-fencing, geo-targeting, pre-roll and interactive video, interstitial media ads, and real time targeting. Period-of-Performance: 15-May-2018 thru 14-May-2019. A copy of the Performance Work Statement is attached. Notice: All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
