Attachment 5 - Engineering Form 4025-R Attachment 4 - Technical Specifications Attachment 3 - Combined Plans Attachment 2 - DLA SOP J72.001 Attachment 1 - Solicitation Sections A-M SP4702-18-Q-0510 This requirement is for the testing and inspection of tie-back anchors for Buildings 20 & 21 at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus in Columbus, Ohio. This solicitation is for a total of 5 years; consisting of one base year for proof load testing of the fall protection equipment (tie-back anchoring systems) so that the anchors and system can be re-certified by a Licensed Professional Engineer, and four option years of visual inspection only.
