Description

Draft SOO The following is a sources sought / Request for Information (RFI). This is not a solicitation. The Government will not be accepting any quotes, bids, or proposals at this time. Interested parties will not be reimbursed for any costs related to responding to this notice. The 80th Flying Training Wing (80 FTW), home of Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) is seeking sources capable of providing T-38C virtual reality simulators, in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Objectives. This is a new requirement, designed to enhance student training/quality of instruction and increase ENJJPT's ability to incorporate emerging technologies. These flight simulators will integrate virtual reality and augmented/mixed reality features. Prospective sources should be able to provide a turnkey solution incorporating all hardware, software, and support staff necessary to develop, set-up, maintain, and troubleshoot this system. A copy of the draft SOO is attached. The Government is open to questions and suggestions for revisions or clarifications.
