This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of New Uniforms for the Supply Chain Management Services at the Birmingham VA Medical Center, located at 700 19th Street South, Birmingham, AL 35233-1927. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315210 (Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors) and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document 36C24718Q0533 from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 as well as a description of the required items.
