Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the heating plants G650, M625 and BB9. Building G650 is a 5,202 square foot heating plant utility building that was built in 1972. M625 is a 5,858 square foot heating plant utility building that was built in 1943. BB9 is a 2,244 square foot central heating plant utility building that was built in 1942. The demolition includes the buildings, associated sidewalks, interior and exterior steam lines and associated unnumbered shelters that make up the properties. All utility lines shall be removed back to the nearest main junction location. All disturbed grounds shall be backfilled, compressed and returned to match adjacent nature. This project is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A complete list of specifications will be included in the solicitation.
