Description

This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) only. Market research is being conducted to determine the amount of qualified and capable businesses that can provide the items requested below. If you believe your firm is able to provide the items requested below, you are encouraged to respond by the due date with all of the required information indicated below in order to be considered. Due date for responses is close of business (Noon local time/CT) on Friday, April 20, 2018. Email responses to Melanie Stockman at melanie.stockman@va.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer in writing via email. Telephone inquiries will NOT be accepted/returned. When submitting a response to this RFI, offerors must include the following: Indicate socio-economic status Include picture of offered items and support literature, brochure etc Indicate any existing Government contract where item(s) may be purchased (i.e. FSS/GSA contract etc) If suggesting an Or Equal product(s), include information that demonstrates that product(s) meets/exceeds salient characteristics listed below. NAICS: 339112 Size Standard: 1000 employees BRAND NAME OR EQUAL---SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: Contractor shall provide the following products: Item Description Quantity 1 DermLite DL200 Hybrid 13 2 IceCap ® for DL200 13 3 MagnetiConnect ® Adapter 13 The dermatoscope shall have the following requirements: Stainless steel Combination of polarized and non-polarized lighting Must also be able to change between polarized and non-polarized lighting Must have automatic shutoff Must be capable of contact and non-contact dermoscopy Must have a rechargeable battery Must have a total of 21 white LEDs Must utilize and infection control caps Must have camera compatibility Must utilize ΓΈ25mm 10x optics Must have 10mm marking to assist with measurements
