- Description
- ID07180011 Attachment 3 - DRAFT Labor Category Descriptions ID07180011 Attachment 2 - DRAFT Historical Information ID07180011 Attachment 1 - DRAFT Pricing Spreadsheet ID07180011 DRAFT PWS THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) 15.201(c) (7). This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). A RFP is not being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be considered as a commitment by the Government to issue a RFP, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services - Region 7, is encouraging early exchanges of information about future acquisitions. Your input is valuable in helping to develop requirements that improve our customer's needs, reduces requirement costs, and simplifies the contractor's ability to successfully complete the requirement. We are seeking industry input regarding the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS)/DRAFT Attachments 1-3 from applicable contractors already performing the same or similar requirements or who are interested in working these types of requirements in the future. The proposed NAICS to be used is 541512-Computer Systems Design Services. The Government reserves the right to publish any information provided by a respondent to this RFI if publishing such information is done without attribution (i.e., does not identify the party submitting the response materials), and would not reveal company trade secrets or other similar protected or proprietary information. Responses to this RFI that indicate information is proprietary, or represents confidential business information, will be received and held in confidence in accordance with the appropriate FAR guidelines and procedures. All proprietary information should be clearly identified as PROPRIETARY INFORMATION. The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise because of submission of responses to this RFI and the Government's use of such information. Information provided by respondents will not be returned. The Government does not intend to respond unilaterally to individual respondents unless clarification of information submitted is required. All contact will be through the Contracting Officer. Respondents are encouraged to be as specific as possible when providing comments regarding this DRAFT PWS and its attachments. Feedback of a general or non-specific nature is less useful and will have limited utility in refining the acquisition strategy and affecting the content of the RFP. The Government is also requesting a capability statement from each interested firm. At a minimum, the Capability Statement should include 1) the interested contractor's name, address, phone number, DUNS number, Cage Code and size status; 2) detailed narrative that demonstrates like and/or very similar scope of work to that contained in the attached DRAFT PWS and that has taken place in the past 5 years from the date of release of this RFI; 3) contract number, period of performance, dollar value, and contract description/scope explanation of similar work. Also indicate whether examples cited were performed as the prime or subcontractor (or teaming partner). This capability statement shall be no more than five (5) pages, single spaced in 11 pt. Times New Roman font. Failure to provide the information as requested by the due date will result in the Government's continuance of the acquisition planning phase, without giving consideration to the capabilities of the contractors who do not respond timely. Responses to this RFI must be submitted by email to erin.quinn-neuendorf@gsa.gov no later than 2:00pm Central Time on Monday, April 30, 2018. The Government reserves the right to not make an award. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI notice shall be voluntary.
