Description

Limited Source Doucmentation A notice of intent to make a Limited Source award delivery order against Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract V797P-4410B and will be posted on FBO to notify the public of the Governments intent to make a Limited Source award for the Main Operating Room at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. This limited source award is for Neotract Urolift Implants #UL400-4 that the surgeon has deemed necessary for proper patient care. This award is based upon the patient's plan of care for future patients who require implants to provide acceptable standards of care. The supplies are very specific to the surgical procedures being performed and are what is required for the Main Operating Room to satisfy its mission at NMCP. Any deviation from the specifications of these products will increase the risk to the patient and is unacceptable to the Government. Limited Source documents are attached
