- This is a Market Survey for the ACQUISITION of the C-11038AA RADIO SET CONTROL, NSN: 5821-01-215-6174, P/N: 70550-01008-042. The current source for supply is LCL ELECTRONICS CORPORATION, 8148 Industrial Park, Baxter, MN 56425-8099, CAGE 2Y430 that can maintain these items. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this unit should indicate, by writing to COMMANDER, USA CECOM, ATTN: RDER-PRA-AB, 6560 SURVEILLANCE LOOP ROAD, ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, MD 21005-1846. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
