Identify gaps in addressing the USAFA Strategic Plan. Identify duplicative work, where applicable. •3) Manage Operational and Implementation Risk •a) Process to monitor, assess, and mitigate the severity and likelihood of risk identified at the institutional and operational level. •b) Process for management of risk must allow anyone the opportunity to identify a risk. This system must also interface directly with both the Air Force and USAFA Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (calendaring capability) and Infosilem EnCampus (campus scheduling and timetabling), CVENT (nonacademic scheduling) and the USAFA Student Information System (SIS), all while meeting DoD IT security policy. System must employ a mobile-first policy to enable mobile access to the system from any device and the system must employ multi-factor authentication for access.
