Description
Complete and return the Project Reference List spreadsheet as specified in this request. Complete, sign and return Sources Sought Form as specified in request. SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this sources sought is for planning purpose to gain knowledge of potential sources for this Construction MATOC including Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUB Zone Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses. 1. The USPFO for South Dakota National Guard, anticipates the solicitation and award for a Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) to be accomplish as task orders for a broad range of maintenance, repair and construction services over a base period of two (2) years and three (3) one year options. Majority of projects will in Sioux Falls, SD although there is potential for state wide. The magnitude of these individual task orders/projects is between $2,000 and $5,000,000. The total of individual task orders placed against the MATOC shall not exceed $9,000,000.00 to any one contractor. The ceiling for the MATOC shall not exceed $20,000,000 which includes the total of all individual task orders placed against it for all contractors combined. 2. All interested Small Business concerns will provide this office the following information not later than May 4, 2018: (a) Positive statement of intent, not to exceed 1 page, to submit a proposal as a prime general contractor, (b) Completed and signed Source Sought Form, posted with this announcement, and (c) Completed Project Reference List (Proj Ref List), posted with this announcement. 3. Information shall be provided via email, with the Subject Line use- W912MM-18-R-4000, to: Mr. Timothy Andersh, timothy.w.andersh.civ@mail.mil and Mr. Monty Eisenbraun, monty.c.eisenbraun.mil@mail.mil. 4. Anticipate to post a pre-solicitation/synopsis in approximately 60 days.
