Description
Statement of Need Background Information The new laboratories in Springfield and Joplin will need electronic draw chairs in the respectfive phlebotomy areas. Each draw station will require a chair. Four (4) chairs are required in Springfield and three (3) in Joplin for a total of seven (7). Scope Who: Four chairs are required for the Springfield CBOC laboratory with a delivery date between 6/1/2018 & 7/15/2018. Three chairs are required for the Joplin CBOC laboratory with a delivery date between 8/15/2018 & 9/30/2018. Salient Requirements for Reclining Electric Phlebotomy Chair: Adjustable, padded leg rest. Chair length range of no more than 68 when fully reclined. Smooth electric recline of at least 30 degrees. Vinyl upholstery, not cloth. Seat width of at least 18. Back width of at least 17. Adjustable height range of approximately 19 -38 at seat, need ability to raise of lower the entire chair to the height that works best for the staff without altering the set comfort position. Solid steel base for stability. Steel frame. Fully adjustable with electronic controls. Foot control. Armrests must flip up and out of the way for ease of access for patient. Armrests should remain parallel to floor at full recline Single mechanism chair with load capacity of at least 375 lbs. Contractor Requirement The 4 chairs for the Springfield CBOC laboratory should be delivered between 6/1/2018 & 7/15/2018. The three chairs for the Joplin CBOC Laboratory should be delivered between 8/15/2018 & 9/30/2018.
