4/10/2018 This is now a request for offer. The FAA has a need for the items listed below. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Please provide a quote and include shipping charges and the Lead time. This is Brand Name specific. No alternative shall be accepted at this time. See part number and part description below. Part Number Part Description Quantity 5071A-C012, 5071A Cesium Frequency Standard 5 5071A-913, Rack Mount Flange Kit 5 1494-0059, Rack Slide Kit 5 This is a market survey capability assessment, sources are being sought for 5071A-C012- 5071A Cesium Frequency Standard, 5071A-913- Rack Mount Flange Kit, and 1494-0059-Rack Slide Kit. The estimated quantity for each item is five (5). The anticipated period of performance is 90 ARO. A similar item is not being accepted at this time. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate Competition exists to set-aside the Competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement- This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm,(if you are a distributor of the items identified above). Size and type of services provided by previous contract elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), number of years in business. All responses to this market survey must be received by April 09, 2018 5:00 PM CS.
