- NSN 6685-00-179-5850, Unit of issue is Each; IAW 3D Instruments, LLC, CAGE 64528, P/N 86580-1, and Perma-cal Industries, Inc., CAGE 59018, P/N 90-703-6811. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and 4 option years. Delivery will be to DLA stock locations in the contiguous United States. FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 122 Days ARO. Surge requirements are covered for this NSN. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 71 EA and applies to the base year only. The estimated annual quantity is 283 EA and the maximum contract quantity is 1,415 EA. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated solicitation issue date is May 9, 2018 and the estimated closing date is June 8, 2018.
