Description

The U.S. Pacific Fleet, SCORE Division, San Diego CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following: Quantity (1) Viasats Amalgamated Remote Management system (ARMS) and (1) ARMS annual Software License Subscription in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to : ViaSAt Inc. 6155 El Camino Real, CA 92009 due to connects to multiple remote terminals tied together on tan Ethernet network to obtain data on all RF transmissions and receptions at each site. ARMS provides coordinated network analysis from multiple viewpoints in order to verify the RF participants are acting in accordance with the network design. This notice is not intended for request for Quote; however, any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N0024418Q0126 ViaSats ARMS may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. IT must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability without causing programmatic hardship.
