- Page 2 of 2 DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide Design-Bid-Build construction services, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other resources necessary to renovate Building 500 for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) at the Lake Baldwin VA Outpatient Clinic, Orlando VA Medical Center in accordance with the design, drawings, specifications, solicitation, and Statement of Work (SOW). Project No./Title: 675-12-804, Renovate Building 500 for Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). This solicitation will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation is estimated to be released on or about May 17, 2018. Magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Size Standard is $36.5 Million. Product Service Code Y1DA All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site at WWW.FBO.GOV At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) WWW.SAM.GOV and VetBiz at WWW.VIP.VETBIZ.GOV. Proposals of contractors not registered/certified in both databases will not be considered for award. Green Environmental Management System (GEMS) - Contractors selected for award of this contract are expected to be good stewards of the environment by complying with federal, state, and local environmental laws and other requirements such as medical center policy and project specifications.
